Big Al's
Making Healthy Food Taste Great
Since 1972
Big Al's has been a Tulsa staple for subs and smoothies since 1972. Under new ownership, the brand required a visual refresh to modernize its presence while honoring its long-standing heritage.
I focused on updating the primary graphics and redesigning the in-store menu systems to create a more cohesive and scan-friendly customer experience.
This project represents a balance of preserving a local legacy while preparing it for a modern audience
Logo
Though the original design files were lost over the decades,
the goal was to modernize the graphics while staying true to the original concept.

Along with new graphics,
comes an upgrade on the front door visuals.
Mock-up
The old layout was a bit confusing outdated.
The new menus are bringing design and food to a whole new level.
The repeating menu layout against a fluid background allows customers to browse the options easily while moving through the line.
